Change of External Auditor

R&Q Insurance Holdings Limited "the Company" announces that, following the conclusion of a formal and competitive tender process overseen by the Group Audit Committee, the Board intends to appoint Mazars LLP as external auditor for the financial year ending 31st December 2024. The appointment is subject to shareholder approval at the Company's 2024 Annual General Meeting. PKF Littlejohn LLP ("PKF") the Company's current external auditor will continue in its role for the financial year end 31st December 2023. The Company would like to thank PKF for its services as external auditor.
As we set out in the 2022 annual report, the competitive tender process was initiated due to the length of tenure of PKF. Full details of the audit tender process and selection criteria will be included in the Company's 2023 annual report.
