The Board of Randall & Quilter Investment Holdings Ltd. (AIM:RQIH) (the "Company"), the specialist non-life insurance investor, service provider and underwriting manager, today held the General Meeting referred to in the notice to shareholders of the Company dated 2 March 2017.
聽
The resolutions set out in the notice convening the General Meeting for the proposed placing of up to 15,278,291 new ordinary shares have been duly passed.
聽
Application has been made for the new ordinary shares to be admitted to trading on AIM ("Admission") and it is expected that Admission will occur on 28 March 2017. Following Admission, the Company will have 87,396,247 shares in issue.

路 acquires and manages a portfolio of insurance receivables, with a carrying cost of 拢6.0m as at 31 December 2015, of which R&Q holds a 50% interest
