The Group has been notified that on 12 February 2013 Kevin Paul McNamara, a non-executive director of the Group, sold 10,000 ordinary shares in the Group at a price of 134 pence per share.
Following this transaction Mr McNamara holds 129,106 ordinary shares, which represents 0.26% per cent of the Group's issued share capital.

- acquires and manages a portfolio of insurance receivables, with a carrying cost of c.£8.1m as at 30 June 2012;
The Group was founded by Ken Randall, Executive Chairman and Chief Executive, and Alan Quilter, Chief Operating Officer.
