Bonus Share Issue and Total Voting Rights

The Company is pleased to announce the admission of 9,676,676 new ordinary shares of 2p each to shareholders in accordance with a Bonus Share Issue approved at the Company's Annual General Meeting held on 9th July 2020.
Application was made to the London Stock Exchange for the admission of the 9,676,676 new ordinary shares of 2p each to trading on AIM and admission of the new shares took place on 15 July 2020.
As a result of the Bonus Share Issue the total issued share capital of the Company is 222,675,086. There are 111,525 held in Treasury and the total voting rights will therefore be 222,563,561. The figure of 222,563,561 ordinary shares of 2p each may be used by shareholders as the denominator for the calculations by which they will determine if they are required to notify their interest in, or a change to their interest in, the Company, under the DTRs.
