Bolton Nominees Ltd is the legal owner of Wind River Management Ltd. By an Option Agreement dated 22nd January 2010 Bolton Nominees Ltd granted Bristol Technologies Ltd a call option to acquire fifty per centum of its shareholding in Wind River Management Ltd. The call option was exercised by Bristol Technologies Ltd and the transfer of the Wind River Management Ltd shares was completed on the 28 March 2013.

Wind River Management Limited is the legal owner of 22,860,000 Ruspetro plc shares. Following the sale of shares specified above Bolton Nominees Ltd is now the indirect holder of 11, 430,000 voting rights in Ruspetro plc shares.
