Integra Group31 July 2007 Integra Group contracted to manufacture heavy drilling rigs for Rosneft MOSCOW, July 31, 2007 - Integra Group (LSE: INTE) announces today that itsmanufacturing division Uralmash - Burovoye Oborudovaniye (Yekaterinburg) hassigned a contract with RN-Bureniye (subsidiary of Rosneft) tomanufacture four heavy drilling rigs. The rigs are targeted for delivery in2008. Integra won the contract through a competitive tender process. According to theterms of the tender Uralmash -Burovoye Oborudovaniye has received the right tosupply three more drilling rigs in 2009-2010, the terms for this part of thedeal are subject to further negotiations and documentation. Two of the rigs will be delivered to the Vankorskoye field (Krasnoyarsk region)and the other two will be delivered to Western Siberia. Representatives ofIntegra Group's manufacturing division visited the Vankorskoye field at the endof July to analyze working conditions for the equipment already supplied under aprior contract which was signed in 2006. Initial discussions regarding futurecooperation with Rosneft were also held at such meeting. Commenting on the deal Vitaly Tkachev, Integra Group's Executive Vice Presidentfor Equipment Manufacturing and President of Uralmash-VNIIBT commented: "We are pleased to have signed the contract to supply equipment for Rosneft.This contract, along with the one previously signed with Gazprom several monthsago, demonstrates that equipment under the Uralmash-Burovoye Oborudovaniye brandis in growing demand.
