Notification of transactions
by Persons Discharging Managerial Responsibilities ("PDMR")
The Company provides notification of the following transactions relating to the interests of the below named PDMR in the ordinary shares of nominal value 0.5 pence each in the capital of the Company ("Share(s)") (ISIN: GB00BVFNZH21).
The transactions arise out of the exercise of options under the Company's Sharesave plan to acquire ordinary shares in the Company and their immediate sale.
