Notification of transactions
by Persons Discharging Managerial Responsibilities ("PDMR")
Rotork plc ("Rotork" or Company"), the global flow control and instrumentation Group, provides notification of the following transactions which have taken place and which relate to the interests of each of the below named PDMRs in the ordinary shares of nominal value 0.5 pence each in the capital of the Company ("Share(s)") (ISIN: GB00BVFNZH21).
The transactions arise out of each PDMR's participation in the monthly partnership share purchase arrangements under the Company's HMRC approved Share Incentive Plan. All of the Shares purchased were made on 10 March 2021 on the London Stock Exchange at a price of 375.8 pence per Share.
