Director/PDMR Shareholding
Rotork plc (the "Company") announces that it has been notified of the following transaction in the Company's ordinary 0.5p shares undertaken by a director/person discharging managerial responsibility.
Acquisition of ordinary shares by Sally James, Senior Independent Director, under a monthly rolling share purchase agreement with the Company. Sally James has volunteered to invest all the additional net fees that she will receive for undertaking increased responsibilities whilst the Chairman undertakes the interim Chief Executive role, in the Company's ordinary shares and to hold them for a minimum of two years following purchase.
The notifications set out below are provided in accordance with the requirements of Article 19 of the EU Market Abuse Regulations.
