Issue of Ordinary Shares
The Company has issued 16,179 ordinary shares of 25p each ("Ordinary Shares"), following the exercise of share options under the Rotala Plc SAYE Share Option Scheme. These shares come from those held in treasury.
Application has been made for the Ordinary Shares to be admitted to AIM, with trading expected to commence on 4 December 2015 ("Admission"). Upon Admission, the shares will rank pari passu in all respects with the existing Ordinary Shares of the Company.
As a result of the above issue, the total number of ordinary shares held in treasury is 812,313 and the number of remaining ordinary shares in issue is 38,362,690, which is the number which may be used by shareholders as the denominator for the calculations by which they will determine if they are required to notify their interest in, or a change to their interests in, the Company under the FCA's Disclosure and Transparency Rules.
