Director's Dealings
Further to admission of 178,500 new ordinary shares of 25p each (the "Subscription Shares") to trading on AIM on 21 October 2019, the Company announces the following dealings by John Gunn, Non-Executive Chairman, and certain persons closely associated with him, in accordance with article 19(3) of the Market Abuse Regulation. Following the acquisition of the Subscription Shares John Gunn now has a total beneficial interest in 5,649,987 Ordinary Shares in the Company, representing approximately 11.28 per cent of the shares in issue, and a total direct and indirect interest in the Company of 8,604,848 ordinary shares, representing approximately 17.18 per cent of the shares in issue.
