The Company announces that the wife of Robert Dunn, an Executive Director, on 21 March 2022 purchased 185,000 ordinary shares in the Company for the benefit of her SIPP at a price of 26.5 pence per share.
Following this purchase, Mr Dunn is beneficially interested in 2,438,176 ordinary shares of 25p each, equal to approximately 4.86% of the total issued share capital of Rotala.
