In accordance with AIM Rule 17 the Company announces the following change to director details in respect of John Gunn, the Non-Executive Chairman of the Company.
The Company has been notified that Duuzra Software International Limited ("DSIL") was placed into administration on 23 October 2015. John Gunn is a director of, and was the non-executive chairman of, DSIL.
