Companies House Notice
Papua Mining (LON: PML), the gold and copper exploration company, notes the First Gazette Notice filed on Companies house today, providing notice that, unless cause is shown to the contrary, at the expiration of 2 months from today, the Company will be struck off the register and dissolved (the "First Gazette Notice")
The First Gazette Notice was processed on 14 December 2017, because, at that point, a Confirmation Statement had not been filed by the Company. The First Gazette Notice was not published until 19 December 2017 by which time the Confirmation Statement had already been filed on 15 December 2017. Companies House has today confirmed to the Company that there is no longer any cause for the Company to be struck off the register and dissolved and accordingly, the First Gazette Notice will not be actioned.
