Result of Annual General Meeting
Rockpool Acquisitions Plc, the Special Purpose Acquisition Company formed to undertake the acquisition of a company or business headquartered or materially based in Northern Ireland, announces that, at the Company's Annual General Meeting ("AGM") held on 29 December 2020 by video conference, all of the resolutions put to shareholders were duly passed as ordinary resolutions.
