Renew Holdings PLC08 January 2007 Renew Holdings plc Grant of Options 8 January 2007 Renew Holdings plc, the specialist construction services business, today issuedoptions to subscribe for ordinary shares to Brian May, Chief Executive, and JohnSamuel, Finance Director as to 331,210 and 191,082 shares respectively, underthe Renew 2004 Executive Share Option Scheme. The options are exercisable at aprice of 78.5 pence after 8 January 2010 and thereafter for a period of sevenyears. The options will only be exercisable to the extent that the results forthe year ending 30 September 2009 meet certain performance targets.
