Renew (AIM: RNWH), the Engineering Services Group supporting UK infrastructure, has been notified that, Alexandra Samuel, the wife of John Samuel, a Director, has transferred 187,548 ordinary shares of 10 pence each in Renew ("Renew Shares") to her spouse, at nil cost today.
