Renew (AIM: RNWH), the Engineering Services Group supporting UK infrastructure, announces that Alexandra Samuel, wife of John Samuel, a Director of Renew, has informed the Company that on 9 February 2017 she sold 3,000 ordinary shares of 10p each in the Company at a price of 447.5604p per share. As a result, Mr Samuel, and connected parties, resultant holding in the Company is 262,548 shares (0.42% of the issued share capital).
