Purchase of shares by directors
Renold announces, in accordance with FSA Disclosure and Transparency Rule 3.1.4, that it has been notified today that on 10 December 2009, in connection with the placing and open offer and firm placing announced by the Company on 17 November 2009, the following directors of the Company, or their connected persons, purchased ordinary shares of 5p in the Company ("Ordinary Shares") at a price of 20p per share in the amounts set out below:
