Renold plc, a leading international supplier of industrial chains and related power transmission products, announces that it has been notified that Victoria Potter, Non-Executive-Director, has purchased 45,000 ordinary shares of 5 pence each in the Company ("Ordinary Shares").
Following this transaction, Mrs Potter's beneficial interest in Ordinary Shares is 45,000 Ordinary Shares, representing approximately 0.02 per cent. of the Company's issued share capital.
