After six years with Renold, Brian Tenner has informed the Board of his intention to leave the Company, when a suitable successor has been found, in order to pursue new opportunities. A search for his successor is well advanced and a further announcement is expected to be made in due course.

Mark Harper, Chairman said

"Brian has played a key role in the delivery to date of the Group's "Step 2020" strategy, including improved business performance, rationalisation of operations and actions taken to de-risk the pension fund and improve cash and treasury management.

On behalf of everyone at Renold, the Board thanks Brian for his substantial contribution and wishes him and his family all the very best for the future."
