- Notification of a director's interest in shares
On 30 March 2010 Bill Shannon, a non-executive director, notified the Company that it had been drawn to his attention by the registered holder of part of his interests in the ordinary shares of Rank that, during 2006 and 2007, he had acquired beneficial interests in additional Rank shares due to the participation of that registered holder in the dividend re-investment plan ("DRIP") previously operated by Rank. The dates of acquisition of the additional shares by the registered holder thereof via the DRIP are as follows:
