Strategic Investment update
Rome Resources Plc (AIM: RMR), the DRC-focused tin explorer, provides the following update in relation to the Company's Strategic Investment, details of which were announced by the Company on 17 December 2024.
The Company remains in close contact with Stanvic and has received confirmation that the Subscription monies have been duly transferred. The Company has today received a transmission report from the intermediary bank involved in the funds transfer process, which states that the value date for the Subscription monies is Tuesday 24 December 2024. Accordingly, it is now anticipated that Admission will become effective and that dealings in the Subscription Shares will commence on AIM at 8.00 a.m. on or around 30 December 2024, taking into account the intervening Bank Holidays.
The same definitions apply throughout this announcement as those set out in the Company's announcement released on 17 December 2024, unless the context requires otherwise.
