Director/PDMR Shareholding - acquisition of shares by CEO
Rome Resources Plc (AIM: RMR) has been notified that Paul Barrett, Chief Executive Officer, has today purchased 3,610,108 ordinary shares of 0.1 pence each in the Company ("Ordinary Shares") at an average price of 0.28p per Ordinary Share. Following this purchase, Paul Barrett holds 3,610,108 Ordinary Shares, representing approximately 0.074% of the Company's issued share capital.
