Board Changes

Appointment of Klaus Eckhof as Non-Executive Chairman

and

Mark Gasson as Chief Operating Officer

Rome Resources (AIM: RMR), the DRC-focused tin explorer, is pleased to announce that, further to the Company's announcement on 30 September 2024, Klaus Eckhof has been appointed as a director to the board of Rome Resources (the "Board") and has commenced his role as Non-Executive Chairman.

In addition, in line with the Company's announcement on 30 September 2024, Mark Gasson has formally commenced his new role as Chief Operating Officer on the Board.

Klaus Eckhof, Non-Executive Chairman of the Company, commented:

"I am delighted to be joining the Board at this exciting time for the business. I look forward to using my deep experience and expertise in both the DRC and in mineral exploration, including in particular for tin and copper, as we continue to explore the exciting Bisie North Tin Project."
