RM PLC16 December 2005 16 December 2005 RM plc PDMR Share Options Exercise On 15 December 2005 RM plc was notified that Graeme Dewart and Andy Robson(persons discharging managerial responsibility as described in the 1 JulyDisclosure Rules) had exercised and sold share options that were granted underthe RM plc 2001 Executive Share Option Scheme. Graeme Dewart on 15 December 2005 exercised options over 41,594 shares at anexercise price of 71.5p per share and 26,142 shares at an exercise price of78.5p and sold 67,736 shares at a price of 150p. Following the transactionGraeme Dewart's beneficial holding in the Company is unchanged at 18,986 shares(representing approximately 0.021% of the Company's issued share capital).
