RM plc has been informed that on 26 August 2008 Terry Sweeney, Executive Director and CEO Designate, purchased 5,674 2p ordinary shares at an average price of 174.72p per share. His beneficial holding now stands at 48,394 2p ordinary shares, which represents 0.052% of the share capital of the Company to which voting rights are attached.
Under the terms of RM's Remuneration Policy, Executive Directors are required to build up a holding of the Company's shares worth 100% of their base salary, and to make a personal commitment in shares from their own resources before participating in the Co-Investment Plan (the Company's long-term incentive programme).
