BOARD CHANGES
RM is pleased to announce that Vicky Griffiths has been appointed a Non-Executive Director with effect from 1 July 2020.
Vicky, an Economics and Management graduate, spent five years as a teacher of Maths and Economics at both primary and secondary level and currently sits on the board of multi-academy trust, Bellevue Place Education Trust. She trained at Bain and Co and was responsible for operational and business risk at Brevan Howard Asset Management. She is now a partner at executive search firm, Independent Search Partnership, SID of the British Olympic Foundation and on the Main Committee of the MCC.
There are no further details relating to Vicky that require disclosure under Rule 9.6.13 of the Listing Rules.
As indicated previously, Deena Mattar will be retiring from the Board with effect from 31st July 2020, having served for nine years.
The Board wishes to express it's thanks to Deena for her diligence and considerable contribution the company as NED, SID and as Chairman of the Audit Committee.
Patrick Martell will become the Senior Independent Director from 1st August 2020.
