Blocklisting Application

PuriCore plc (LSE: PURI), the water-based clean technology company, announces that application has today been made to the UK Listing Authority for the blocklisting of, and to the London Stock Exchange for the admission of, 547,079 ordinary shares of 10p each to be admitted to the Official List. 

The block admission relates to ordinary shares that will be allotted from time to time in accordance with the exercise of warrants issued by the Company and will rank pari passu with the existing ordinary shares in issue. It is anticipated that admission will take place on 15 February 2013.
