2008 Annual General Meeting Results

MALVERN, PENNSYLVANIA, AND STAFFORD, UK, 26 June 2008 - PuriCore (LSE: PURI), the life sciences company focused on the control of infectious pathogens with its novel, safe antimicrobial technology, announces that Resolutions 1 to 9 and 11 were duly passed at its Annual General Meeting held earlier today. Since Resolution 9 was passed, Resolution 10 was withdrawn.
