Real Estate Investors plc (AIM:RLE), the Birmingham based property group and UK listed Real Estate Investment Trust, announces that today, John Crabtree, Non-executive Chairman of the Company, purchased 72,000 ordinary shares of 10p each in the Company ("Ordinary Shares") at a price of 69.5p per share. Following this transaction Mr Crabtree holds 226,666 Ordinary Shares, representing 0.12 per cent of the Company's issued share capital.
