Tanzanite One Limited05 December 2007 Wednesday, 05 December 2007 TanzaniteOne Limited Directors Purchase Shares through Sale of Options TanzaniteOne Limited ("TanzaniteOne" or the "Company") wishes to advise thatDirectors and employees of the company have purchased shares in the Companyfollowing the exercise of share options, thereby increasing their respectiveinterests in the Company. Application has been made for 799,632 fully paid common shares of USD 0.0003each ("Common Shares"), pursuant to the exercise of 799,632 unlisted optionsfrom the Company's Employee Option Scheme, to be admitted to trading on the AIMMarket of London Stock Exchange plc. The average exercise price of each optionwas 30 pence. Pursuant to this, 298,382 new common shares have been purchased byDirectors and employees of the Company. The difference between the value ofshares purchased and the value of options exercised at the exercise price wastotal option exercise price and share sale and taxation costs. The shares soldto fund the option exercised were sold at an average price of 61p. These shareswill rank pari passu with existing common shares and dealings are expected tocommence in the new common shares at 8.00 a.m. on 11 December 2007. The total number of Common Shares in issue following this announcement is81,934,466.
