Exercise of Warrants
Rockhopper Exploration plc (AIM: RKH), the oil and gas company with key interests in the North Falkland Basin, announces that the Company has received notifications of the exercise of warrants over an aggregate 785,713 new Ordinary Shares of £0.01 each ("Ordinary Shares") in the Company at an exercise price of 9 pence per ordinary share (the "Warrant Shares") held by the following directors of the Company, providing the Company with proceeds of £70,714:
