The Company announces that Mr Christopher Rutt, a PDMR of the Company, sold 9,613 ordinary shares of 0.003 pence each ("Ordinary Shares") at a price of 288.79p on Wednesday, 31 October 2018.
Following this sale, Mr Rutt holds 5,807 Ordinary Shares representing approximately 0.0071% of the total shareholding in the Company.
