NOTIFICATION OF TRANSACTIONS OF
PERSONS DISCHARGING MANAGERIAL RESPONSIBILITIES ("PDMRs")
In line with the Directors' Remuneration Policy, half of any annual bonus awarded to the Executive Directors', both PDMRs, will be delivered in the Company's ordinary shares ("Shares"), net of payment of tax and national insurance, which must be held for at least three years.
Accordingly, as part of the deferred share element of the annual bonus for the 2020/21 financial year, the Executive Directors have acquired Shares as follows:
James Barham (CEO): 55,753
Simon Wilson (CFO): 37,800
Shares were sold on the London Stock Exchange at an average price of 273p per Share over the period 5 November 2021 to 9 November 2021 to cover the Executive Directors' tax and national insurance obligations.
The table below sets out the Shares that were awarded on 5 November 2021, the number of shares sold for tax and the beneficial holdings in the Company of the Executive Directors following the vesting and sale:
