DEFERRED EQUITY PLAN - VESTING OF AWARDS
Ā
The Company announces that conditional share awards in the Company's ordinary shares ("Shares") granted under the Company's Deferred Equity Plan ("DEP") to Sean Breslin, Group General Counsel and Head of Compliance, and Frances Fahey, Group Chief Operating Officer, both PDMRs of the Company, vested on 5 November 2021.

Following vesting, the PDMRs sold sufficient Shares to cover their tax and national insurance obligations and the balance of their Shares were retained. Shares were sold on the London Stock Exchange at an average price of 273p per Share over the period 5 November 2021 to 9 November 2021.

The table below sets out the Shares that vested on 5 November 2021, the number of shares sold and the beneficial holdings in the Company of the PDMR following the vesting and sale:
