PDMR Shareholding
The Company announces that Mr Alex Hoctor-Duncan, Chief Executive of the Company, purchased 188,679 ordinary shares of 0.003 pence each ("Ordinary Shares") at a price of £2.65 each on 6 April 2022.
Formal notification in respect of the PDMR is set out below in accordance with the requirements of the Market Abuse Regulation.
Following the above PDMR transaction, Mr Hoctor-Duncan holds 188,679 Ordinary Shares representing approximately 0.22% of the total shareholding in the Company.
