PERSONS DISCHARGING MANAGERIAL RESPONSIBILITIES ("PDMRs")

The Company announces that Mr James Barham, a PDMR of the Company, purchased 25,000 ordinary shares of 0.003 pence each ("Ordinary Shares") in the following tranches:
Â
· 3,000 Ordinary Shares at a price of 273.5p on 22 June 2018;
· 12,000 Ordinary Shares at a price of 280p on 22 June 2018; and
· 10,000 Ordinary Shares at a price of 270p on 25 June 2018.

Following this purchase, Mr Barham holds 1,120,843 Ordinary Shares representing 1.365% of the total shareholding in the Company.

Formal notification in respect of the PDMR is set out below in accordance with the requirements of the Market Abuse Regulation.
