PERSONS DISCHARGING MANAGERIAL RESPONSIBILITIES ("PDMRs")
The Company announces that Mr Kevin Hayes, a PDMR of the Company, purchased 18,939 ordinary shares of 0.003 pence each ('Ordinary Shares') at a price of 267p on Friday, 6 July 2018.
Following this purchase, Mr Hayes holds 337,237 Ordinary Shares representing 0.41% of the total shareholding in the Company.
