NOTIFICATION OF TRANSACTIONS OF
PERSONS DISCHARGING MANAGERIAL RESPONSIBILITIES ("PDMRs")
The Company announces that Kevin Hayes, Chief Financial Officer (a PDMR), sold 200,000 ordinary shares of 0.003 pence each ("Ordinary Shares") at a price of 253p on 16 December 2019 and further sold 150,000 Ordinary Shares at a price of 254p on 17 December 2019.
Following this notification, Kevin Hayes holds 438,705 Ordinary Shares representing approximately 0.51% of the total shareholding in the Company.
Following these trades, on 18 December 2019 Kevin Hayes transferred 67,000 Ordinary Shares to his Self-Invested Personal Pension ("SIPP"). This transfer to his SIPP resulted in no change in the beneficial ownership by Mr Hayes of the Ordinary Shares of the Company.
Formal notification in respect of the PDMR is set out below in accordance with the requirements of the Market Abuse Regulation.
