Replacement and dematerialisation of Share Certificate
The Company has replaced the share certificate relating to Punter Southall Group Limited's (PSG) ownership of 31,302,321 shares in the Company. PSG has provided the Company with an indemnity in respect of the replacement.
The replacement share certificate was dematerialised immediately following its issue and is held by the Company's share registrar Equiniti Limited in its nominee account.
