Sub: Allotment of warrants convertible into equity shares
Pursuant to the resolution passed by the shareholders of the Company through postal ballot
on June 24, 2009, the Committee of Directors has today allotted 4.29 crore warrants to AAA Project Ventures Private Limited which are convertible into equivalent number of equity shares at a price of Rs 928.89 per share (including a premium of Rs 918.89 per share) at any time after October 9, 2009 but on or before 18 months from the date of allotment of warrants.
