Result of Extraordinary General Meeting
The Board of the Company is pleased to announce that the resolutions proposed at the extraordinary general meeting of the Company held earlier today (the "Resolutions") were approved by shareholders on a poll.
Terms used and not defined in this announcement shall have the meanings given to them in the circular to shareholders published by the Company on 27 May 2022 (the "Circular").
The number of shares voted in person or by proxy on the Resolutions was as follows:

1. Special resolution: That the Board be empowered under the articles of incorporation of the Company to issue equity securities for cash on a non-pre-emptive basis up to an aggregate number of equity securities as represents 10% of the number of Shares admitted to trading on London Stock Exchange plc's main market for listed securities immediately following the passing of this Resolution.

2. Special resolution: That in addition to the authority granted pursuant to Resolution 1, the Board be empowered under the articles of incorporation of the Company to issue equity securities for cash on a non-pre-emptive basis up to an aggregate number of equity securities as represents 10% of the number of Shares admitted to trading on London Stock Exchange plc's main market for listed securities immediately following the passing of this resolution.

*A vote withheld is not a vote in law and is therefore not counted towards the proportion of votes "For" or "Against" the relevant Resolution.

Block Listing Application
An application has been made to the Financial Conduct Authority and London Stock Exchange for the block listing of 43,002,564 shares with an admission date of 20 June 2022.
Shares will be issued under the block listing to satisfy continuing demand that cannot be met through the secondary market, and the net proceeds of share issuance under the block listing will be invested in accordance with the Company's published investment policy. The Shares issued under the block listing will, when issued, rank pari passu with the existing Shares of the Company.
