Significant Shareholding

The Company has today been informed that on 23 October 2008, Phillip Kaye a significant shareholder in the Company, purchased 1,000,000 ordinary shares of 4 pence each in the Company ('Ordinary Shares') at a price of 9.5 pence per share.

Following this purchase Mr Kaye is interested in a total amount of 8,625,682 Ordinary Shares in the Company, which represents approximately 20.53 per cent. of the total issued share capital.
