Dividend Announcement

The Company is pleased to announce that the Board of Directors has declared a quarterly dividend of USD0.015 per Ordinary Share. This dividend comprises USD0.01125 per Ordinary Share for the quarter to 31 December 2021 together with a further dividend payment of USD0.00375 being the balance payable for the initial quarterly dividend to 31 March 2021. This ensures that holders of Ordinary Shares receive the full 4.5 per cent. of the Company's initial Issue Price of USD1.00 for the period from Admission to 31 December 2021.

The dividend will be paid gross on Friday, 25 March 2022 to holders of Ordinary Shares of record on Friday, 18 March 2022. The ex-dividend date is Thursday, 17 March 2022.

The Company continues to anticipate paying to holders of Ordinary Shares an annualised dividend of 4.5 per cent. by reference to the Company's initial Issue Price of USD1.00, for the financial period to 31 December 2022.
