Dividend Announcement
The Company is pleased to announce that the Board of directors has declared a quarterly dividend of USD0.01125 per Ordinary Share.
The dividend will be paid on Monday, 6 September 2021 to holders of Ordinary Shares of record on Friday, 27 August 2021. The ex-dividend date is Thursday, 26 August 2021.
The Company continues to anticipate paying to holders of Ordinary Shares the stated annualised dividend of 4.5 per cent. for the financial period to 31 December 2021.
