Update on Court Judgement in Vivergo Case
Redhall Group plc, the specialist engineering support services group, announces that it has been notified through its legal advisors that a judgement in the court case brought by Vivergo is expected in December 2013. The Board welcomes this development.
Following receipt of the judgement, and to ensure it has the opportunity to assimilate fully the effect, the Board expects to make its preliminary announcement of the results for the year ended 30 September 2013 by the end of January 2014.
A further announcement will be made once the judgement is received.
