Redhall Group PLC31 May 2007 Redhall Group plc ("the Company") Directors' share dealings The Company was notified on 31 May 2007 that, on that date: Simon Foster, the Deputy Chief Executive of the Company, bought 4,350 ordinaryshares of 25p each in the Company at a price of 230p per share. Mr Foster isnow interested in a total of 54,350 ordinary shares, representing 0.25% of theCompany's enlarged issued share capital following the acquisition of JexEngineering Company Limited announced earlier today ("Enlarged Issued ShareCapital"). Chris Lewis-Jones, the Finance Director of the Company, purchased 4,350 ordinaryshares of 25p each in the Company at a price of 230p per share. Mr Lewis-Jonesis now interested in 14,350 ordinary shares, representing 0.07% of the Company'sEnlarged Issued Share Capital. Paul Kirk, a Non-Executive Director of the Company, bought 11,000 ordinaryshares of 25p each in the Company at a price of 230p per share.
