Total Voting Rights and Capital

The Company announces that, as at 31 October 2017, its issued share capital consists of 44,819,039 ordinary shares of €1 each, with each Ordinary share carrying the right to one vote.

The above figure (44,819,039) may be used by shareholders (and others with notification obligations) as the denominator for the calculations by which they can determine if they are required to notify their interest in, or a change to their interest in, RHI Magnesita N.V. under the relevant rules of the Dutch securities market regulator, De Autoriteit Financiële Markten (the Authority for Financial Markets).
