NOTIFICATION UNDER LISTING RULE 9.6.14R
8 December 2017, London. In accordance with Listing Rule 9.6.14R, RHI Magnesita N.V. notifies the market that John Ramsay, an independent Non-Executive Director, will be appointed as a Non-Executive Director of G4S plc (listed on the London Stock Exchange) with effect from 1 January 2018.
As required by the Listing Rules, it is confirmed that there are no other changes to any of the details previously disclosed pursuant to LR 9.6.13 R (1) to (6).
